Heyyy, help >< my apps / widget wont work... if i press on it the screen goes blank for 2 second but nothing opens......E.g facebook accuweather and its updataed? can someone help me please

Please advise on which firmware you haev installed. You can find this by going to the dial pad and entering *#0000#.
