I cant use wifi because I dont have wireless menu. When I go to settings => connectivity there is no choise like wireless. What should I do? I hard reset phone but didn't work.
Just to confirm, you should see Settings > Connectivity > WLAN (not Wireless/wifi)
Not sure if that will have confused you or not, either way once you're in the WLAN settings:
Go to options > settings and make sure "Show WLAN availability" is set to "Yes". Personally I have it Scan for networks every 10 minutes because it keeps your phone relatively up to date on nearby networks without draining battery life.
If as you say, you cannot see the WLAN option then I strongly suggest you take your phone to a Nokia repair centre and get it fixed, or even back to where you purchased it for a replacement.
