Hi I have an N97 with the following version of software on:V12.2.024 but i want to upgrade to the latest version any ideas?
I have tried via the software update application and it does not work.

Two Answers to this.
First: What is the product code of your phone?
Second: Have you tried updating using OVI Suite as this has worked for some when Software Update has not?
