Not impressed with the Music, Photos, Videos & TV, Games and Applications icons as it looks like he couldn't find ones the right size so messed with smaller ones.

Analogue clock is an easy one.
Click on the "Clock" on your homescreen.
Click on "Options"
Click on "Settings"
Scroll down and click on "Clock Type"
You can set the clock to "Analogue" or "Digital" on any Theme.
