hey all i was just wondering approximately how much it would cost to fix the gps antenna on my n97..my phone does not have warranty on it.
I got garmin on my phone and it just wont work..my friends have garmin on their 5800 and the gps locks really fast

I'm not really sure what you have done that voids the warranty, but if it is because you bought the device in a manner that you feel would not carry a warranty, remember that this phone is only 4 months old, so if you haven't done something to void it yourself, you could still get the phone fixed under warranty even without the proper documentation. Just a thought. But, I feel you know it won't be covered for some other reason, and if this is the case then I would call NCC and check with them, and if it is a reasonable price, I would send it to them under the impression that it was under warranty, and then if they find it's not you'll be prepared with the price already.
