For All who can Help!!

basically my touchscreen stop working...I dont know what caused it and I dont know what could of prevented it because this is the third time that it occured. Luckily I have a year accidental warrenty cause I have returned and receive a new phone for the third time and I'm getting tired of it. I really dont want to go through this again and I would rather return and receive a refund, then keep goin through this....Please Help!!

sounds like the same problem i have on my phone www.n97geeks.com/It-s-Broke/2643-a-phone-from-hell.html its been at the service centre for about 1 month now since they dont want to give me a new one

WELL!!....guys I officialy returned my nokia N97 and is recieving a full refund...I really tried to make it work "Its just that it is me not you"...lol.....and I already put my preorder in for the nokia N900, which I heard is a heck of phone....THANKS!!! for help
