hey everybody i was wondering if any 1 is getting the same message im gettin when using facebook "error retrieving news feed: A session key is required for calling this method"..i uninstalled the facebook that came with my phone and reinstalled it from ovi store to my mass memory and it started doing this..can any1 help??

Sorry to say that I haven't seen this.
Someone somewhere said that there were some of the install files on the OVI disc supplied with N97 mobile phones. You could check if this is true and if so try that one. Haven't had chance to check since I read it. I would be surprised if this is true, but it's worth checking.

I've had exactly the same issue with Facebook. I have Uninstalled the version from the phone and put the ovi version ontot the mass memory drive, but it stil happens. I do get the feeling though that it will be fixed extremely soon.

Sometimes switching to offline more, then back to online mode fixes this, however, if this don't work, then switching your N97 off, and then back on again will.

That works ok but it is very annoying and is a short term fix.
It still error's after all that.
Hopefully Facebook will make their application network aware, as I belive that's the issue.
For example a Widget on Ovi called 'Tech Buzz' can tell when your online and offline and even has an offline cached mode until you get connection again.
