Thanks to the existing failure that is Ovi Maps (crashes my phone each and every time on opening), I get stuck using Google Maps until they get off their backside.

We have been provided with a release date for the new OVI MAps with free premium services and it is . . . . 28th January 2010.

There were a number of niggles that needed to be sorted out. From what is being said the next FW update is pretty iminent too.

@Michael H: Check yuor GPS Server in the Location app on your phone. If it isn't set to supl.nokia.com change it to this and see how you get on.
