hi all,
Just got my N97 last weekend...
Already tried for a thousand times using ovi suite to update my device...but failed as many as i tried...
Really comfused and frustrated ,when i saw the message from the Ovi suite : Intenal error,try to restart ovi suite and computer.(i tried and tried and tried.....)
Now my software version is 11.0.021
Did anyone here know how to solve this..?

You could try using Nokia Software update PC software to unpdate your FW instead of OVI suite. Also a new version of OVI Suite recently released.
