Hey Guys,
So Ive had the N97 for maybe a month and it was working fine until a week ago when I was not getting any text messages and when I sent a text to someone the rest of the texts from days and minutes showed up! So unless I send a text to someone or turn off and on my phone the text messages do not pop up.

Another thing... I set up my email the first time and tried to delete it but It wont let me delete! and now I tried to do it all over again, so now Im stuck with 2 email tabs, with the same email!

Last thing, I cant see my missed, dialed, or any call logs!! The logs are activated so I dont know what the problem is
I get a missed called and when i hit show, nothing!

Please help

I am having the same problem regarding setting up e-Mails. I want to delete the e-Mail box I have set up and the darn thing won't delete it.
I hope some more enlightned person will help us... thanks a lot in advance,

Hi,

I have just found out how to delete the darn e-Mail tab.

Go to Messages, click on Options, Configurations.

Select e-Mail and two options. "Mailbox" and "Mailbox in use". Select Mailbox

The name of the e-Mail tabs will appear. Select any of the list and click Options/ Delete. This will delete your e-Mail setup. The correspondent e-Mail tab will disappear.

Done.

PS: This was done after I have updated to software version 20.0

oh yay!!
btw.. I bought my phone unlocked so If i update to 20.0 will it lock it?!?!

As far as I understand "unlocked" means not locked to a specific mobile operator.

Unlocked means your N97 will work with any SIM-card from any GSM/3G operator.
