I just use the default web app and it's auto generated Homescreen widget.

I too just use the default Web app though I have two main complaints...
1) need a quicker way to get to the feeds that isn't on the homescreen
2) on click from homescreen, the list of long titles should scroll like if you're viewing from the Web app
