the sms arent threaded and havent found nokia conversation for it. The connection manager needs improvement. I dont have 3g and i use the wifi at home to feed my widgets. But when i go out it asks me like 8 times if i want to switch to gprs.

So how are you likng the phone so far? Any major issues with it besides the ones u mentioned? And by the way what widget do you create?

I created ROCKET. That's the name of the widget. I think that one of the weak points of the N97 is the battery, It consumes a lot of energy and takes its time to recharge fully.

I am hoping that Conversation will be available for the n97. Also hoping an iSync plugin will be developed.

I am sorry to hear about the battery problem.... although I understood that would be a concern.

Hi Becca - I'm not a technical wizard but Im pretty sure the N97 is using a standard BP-4L 1500 mAh battery which can be found on the Nokia E61, E63, E71, E52, E55, E90, N800 and N810. So I'm 100% positive that it is interchangable.

Back on topic tho - dcatrog, You are providing some very valuable, first hand news on bugs on a working final version of the phone. Is there anything else youve found out since your last post.

I've recently become torn on whether to buy this phone now or wait until the feeding frenzy has died down or maybe until a firmware update.

Your input on bugs will help me in my decision making
