Just got an order confirmation email from Nokia with all my info in it, cost, etc.

No word inside it regarding shipdate, but any news is good news!

I put the order on a creditcard that doesn't show me any pending charges (or temp authorizations), so i can't really tell if anything is pending.

I put my preorder in on the 5th of May, and the order confirmation that i got today is exactly the same as the one they sent me on the 5th of May.

One thing that's a part of it is this line:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please contact Nokia customer service if you have any questions about your order.
^- So i don't think any of us should really expect much until one of us gets that specific mail.

Its been awhile since I've posted, since everything dropped off my account. Though, something interesting hit my email today.

I have an order confirmation from Nokia for my N97. Nothing has hit my account yet, but what does this mean? Is it just a mass emailing or something more?

I figured I would let you guys know, since I haven't seen any real activity from Nokia lately and now I get an order confirmation.

I didn't see your last post. Basically to sum up my last post, I got the same thing.

I got the order conf too. I also checked the Nokia web order confirmation site. Formerly, under status, it said "backordered." Now, the status column is blank. So.... I wonder if that means the June 2 ship date is likely.
