GOOD NEWS!
I just got off the phone with another customer service representative. I explained to him my situation about how they pre-charged my account when I first pre-ordered, then the charges fell off my account, and then finally the charges hit my account again yesterday and are still pending.
He told me that this is the sign that they are getting ready to ship my order and that this time, the charges should stick to my account
I'm still speculating that this might be false and not to give my hopes up. I tried to get him to confirm if he knew they were going to ship them out early, but he said he didn't know.
