Looks like the guys at ZAGG finally made an InvisibleSHIELD for the N97. $25 for full body coverage, and $15 for just the screen. I heard good things about these guys for the iPhone
Check it out here:

I've seen the product and their multitude of ads, seems like a decent product but I've always felt that they are way overpriced.

$15 for just the screen is over 3x more than what I paid for my screen protector.

Indeed. But keep in mind you get a life time warranty. So you can mail it in at any time (especially if it begins to unstick) and get a brand new one for free.
I suppose its worthwhile if you find yourself having to replace your screen protector frequently.

The only thing I'm wondering is that is invisibleSHIELD necessary for the n97. By the looks of the scratch tests it doesn't seem like it.

It is a good product. I asked the zagg chat person this afternoon and was told the product would be in stock this Friday - 7/10.

That's true though from my N95 experience, the protector stayed on the phone for as long as I owned the phone, so it wouldn't make sense in my case, but I am pretty gentle with my equipment.

For me, screen protectors are useful to have, puts a little piece of mind. I don't usually worry about the other sides of the phone though unless it is a very well designed sock that really enhances the look of the phone.

Most of the body protectors, including the ones from ZAGG just reminds me of plastic wrapped furniture
