Select Menu > Contacts.

Favourites are the contacts you have set as your favourite contacts. These contacts appear at the top of the contacts list. To set a contact as a favourite, select a contact and Options > Add to favourites. Favourites are marked with a star icon. To remove a contact from favourites, select a contact and Options > Remove from favourites. The removed contact is moved back to the standard contacts list.
